"We made a deal with the league," said Brann press officer Gorm Natlandsmyr. "Ramiro is now playing for one of the teams in MLS, but for which I do not know."
The rights to Corrales are currently held by the Houston Dynamo, but the expansion San Jose Earthquakes have also expressed interest in the defender. Corrales was with the Earthquakes from 1996-1997 and then again from 2001-2004, part of Frank Yallop's two-time MLS Cup winning squad. He has also suited up for the New York/New Jersey MetroStars (56 appearances) and Miami Fusion (1 appearance), in his MLS career.
Player rights are only held for 2 years per the "rules" so he could go anywhere. The joker in the deck is that there really are no rules in MLS so who knows?
