Juan Pablo Angel Gets Visa

New York Red Bulls' second DP signing Juan Pablo Angel has received his work visa and will be in uniform for Sunday's home game against Colorado. The Columbian striker had been training with the team in anticipation of getting the visa, and Red Bulls columnist Ives Galarcep says the New York attack looks lethal with JPA inserted into the lineup. "Angel is adept at dropping back to receive balls and can handle the ball very well in traffic. Seeing him and [Jozy] Altidore working off each other was impressive."

The Red Bulls will take on the Los Angeles Galaxy tomorrow night, but JPA's status for that game remains uncertain. Gametime at the Home Depot Center is 7:30 p.m.
