Personal Milestone

Today on The MLS Zone, we reached a bit of a milestone: 500 posts since creating the site about a year ago. That's just about 1.5 posts per day, a number we hope to raise in the coming months.

I just wanted to take a moment to thank all of the daily readers of The MLS Zone, and welcome new readers in. We have seen a 31% increase in visits to the site over the past month and hope to be able to keep growing the site, eventually taking it off Blogger so it can blaze its own trail, independent of the blog scene. Each month, visitors from over 75 different countries log on to our site to get updated, and that's something we are extremely proud of.

We are grateful for all of the support we have received over the past 12 months, and hope to keep being a daily go-to source for all of your MLS and USMNT news. The 2008 MLS season is approaching quickly, as are our country's World Cup Qualifiers, and we are excited to cover the league and the sport in the United States as it continues to grow its fanbase and credibility.
