Claudio Reyna is warning his old club Rangers that they should not tread lightly into the Home Depot Center for tonight's friendly against the L.A. Galaxy.
Reyna told Rangers World: "Any of the players over here who haven't played in Europe and get the chance to play a big European club like Rangers will be really up for it. They will be a good opponent. Overall they're a pretty youthful side and they have in Frank Yallop a good young manager."
Reyna made 64 appearances for Rangers from 1999-2001, scoring 10 goals before being transferred to the EPL.
Rangers finished second to Celtic in the Scottish Premier League for the 2006-2007 campaign. Forward Kris Boyd has been included in tonight's lineup - he led the SPL with 20 goals this past season.
