FC Dallas 1 - Real Salt Lake 0

Dominic Oduro's goal in the waning seconds of stoppage time lifted FC Dallas over Real Salt Lake on Thursday night, 1-0.

RSL keeper Nick Rimando, on the verge of being lynched by angry fans a few short weeks ago, was again peppered with shot after shot, making 10 saves on the night. But Dallas would not be denied, stealing three points on their way out of town. "I think that's the third time we've done it to them here, scored late in the game. To be honest with you, I think it was just exactly what we deserved," said FCD head coach Steve Morrow.

With the win, FC Dallas improves to 7-5-1 (22 points), still in charge of the Western Conference. They travel to Toronto on Sunday.

Real Salt Lake remains winless on the season at 0-4-6 (6 points), mired in the cellar of the West. They will next face the struggling Los Angeles Galaxy at the Home Depot Center on Sunday in a matchup of inept offenses.
